FAQ to customer 1.Can I get a free samples ? Yes,we can supply 1-3 free samples ,but need you pay the cost of express shipping. The customer supply the consignee account number or pay the cost to us then we arrange shipping samples to you. 2.Can you accept stick label on the box / container? Yes, if customer need we can supply the stick label 3.What about your MOQ and Trade terms with payment? MOQ:1 carton (300 pcs) Note:According the order qty we supply express ,air shipping,sea shipping three method. Trade terms:FOB/CFR/CIF and Payment:T/T 4.What about your packaging ? The customer confirm the mould drawings
We made the mould then test samples (it will be spent around 45 days)
